CENTIMETERCUBE, an architecture, real estate and property management firm, was founded in 2003 by Emarati architect Omran Al Owais in association with his friends and colleagues Mohammad Al Awadhi and Atif Khawaja, with the objective to design and develop properties that embody a passion for quality design and spaces. Our designs incorporate the best real estate development practices with sound architectural design know how, resulting in buildings that are financially feasible and well thought out to every design detail.
